PAYMENT INFORMATION
Only payment with the following credit/debit cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express. We do not release your credit card information to any outside organizations. The transferring of your credit card information is safely handled by our secure server. You will be charged in Euro, the equivalent in your local currency will be calculated directly by your bank or credit card provider.
SHIPPING TERMS
All shipments are DDU (Duties Delivery Unpaid). This means that Duties and Taxes (in the case on non-EU customers) will not be paid to Espresso Coffee Shop and additional fees may be charged by your local customs office. EU customers will be charged their country's respective VAT rate.
DUTIES AND TAXES
International Deliveries (outside the European Union):
Import duties for deliveries to all other countries are not included in the final price. Additional duties or taxes may be due to be paid to your local customs office.
TERMS OF SALE
YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN EURO, the equivalent in your local currency will be calculated by your bank.
Prices are including VAT. As per the new EU regulation effective from the 1st of July 2021 orders within the EU will be charged with the delivery country VAT rate as opposed to the shipping country's VAT rate.
RETURN POLICY
Espresso Coffee Shop is committed to your complete satisfaction.
If any product you purchase from Espresso Coffee Shop does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days.
Please send an email to the customer service, requesting instructions for the items you would wish to return.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Please note that to the returning products might be subject to a 10% Re-stocking fee.
Should any product(s) arrive damaged, malfunctioning, defective or missing it must be reported no later than 5 days after the delivery date shown on the shipment's tracking number.

If your browser supports SSL, all confidential information (personal data, credit card details etc) are transmitted in encrypted form. When you enter an order, you will see a blue bar across the top of your browser window as well as a solid key logo in the lower left corner. This allow you to complete an entire order without a need or to call or fax us with creditcard details.
